I'm probably really late to them game here....sonic megamix?

I knew about hacks of old games and stuff but hadn't played any, and didn't know how far from the source material some of them went. . . And a lot of my interest in playing them disappeared because playing them on the computer just isn't the same as playing them on the tv on your genesis. . .

Until I discovered Sonic 1 megamix was in iso format and I could burn it to play on my cdx. I have attempted to burn sega cd games before but couldn't get them to work. This one burned on the first try however.

Anyway it's awesome. Besides being basically an entirely new sonic game (that's actually good) you can play through sonic 1 as a whole bunch of characters (tails, knuckles, mighty)

I'm sure a lot of people knew about this already and it's probably been discussed but the search feature isn't working for me, and I figure there's someone else out there who didn't know about this like me. . .

*Edit* Apparently this game is magical. I tried burning a different sega cd game again and went through the whole process with no luck. How come this game is all whipped up into a single iso file that burns with no screwing around but other sega cd games aren't?

I flat-out LOVE this game. Much better than S3&K, and that's my fave in the whole damn series.

I wish they'd finish the damn thing.
