Help me with this arcade stick design idea...

I'm getting SF4 stick soon. I want to come with a cool design for a new faceplate, and asking for some forum help. I want a design that reflects classic arcade games. But I also want a design that could one day be paired with a design on a second stick (If I'm so lucky.)

So my idea is to have a montage of classic characters: Pac-Man, Mario, Donkey Kong, etc. Then on the second stick, I could have 2P or companion characters: Ms. Pac-Man, Luigi, DK Jr. I've got a list running with my ideas. I want to come up with as many as possible in order to pick the best. I'm trying to keep it to pixel-based art to maintain a consistent look. Wanna toss out some ideas? Mine so far:

Pac Man - Ms. Pac
Mario - Luigi
Donkey Kong - DK Jr.
Galaga ship - Double Galaga ship
Ryu - Ken
Rampage lizard - Rampage wolfman
Smash TV red guy - STV blue guy
Tetris L-block - Tetris Z-block
Marco - Tarma (Metal Slug)
Bub - Bob
Vic Viper - Arrowhead (Gradius & R-Type)
Outrun Ferrari - Pole Position car
Jouster yellow - Jouster red

Who knows if I can make this happen, but it's fun to dream!
