I saw this student created project in a TED Talk awhile back and really liked it. It's one man's experience growing up with videogames. It's a fascinating look at how videogames affect our development.

I must say, that was very interesting. It brought up a lot of good points.

From an analytical perspective, its very interesting, but as a gamer firmly rooted in reality, I did not find the idea relatable. This actually came up in conversation. Someone claimed to be able to skateboard because they were good at the Tony Hawk Pro Skater games. I dont think he really thinks that stuff. I think he's just saying it for the short cause it sounds deep and somewhat true. My first instinct is that he is a film maker who is saying he's lost reality because it works with the whole style of this short. I dont think it is 100% sincere.
