None so far, except once right after we worked on the brakes and there may have been a bubble in the lines, because my brakes just went out temporarily at like 2mph, and I bumped into a hysterical foreign lady. We're on a fucking busy street, but she immediately obstructs and gets out of the car and flips the fuck out at the 1" square piece of paint I chipped off. I'm trying to shoo her off to turn right at the next street so I can follow but she speaks like no fucking english. Eventually she does proceed, I follow. I say sorry, my brakes went out, here's my insurance, and the very second I said insurance, she shut up, said no its ok, and drove off. Gee, I wonder why.

I've been in a few crashes. I was biking during the winter when I suddenly got to a well shaded part of the neighborhood and there was some black ice I didn't see. It was freaky because I was riding along just fine, then out of nowhere I lost control of it and was falling over sideways. It was like slow motion as my head body was falling over and my head was smacking down on the street. My helmet saved my life. It cracked and my head didn't. It was pretty amazing. I also broke my cell phone in my pocket, but I was otherwise fine except for a few scrapes and a hurt wrist.

I've also been in a car accident. About one year ago I got slammed from behind by a drunk driver. I got out to talk to him and he suggested we pull off to the side of the road. I thought that was a good idea, but as I pulled over, he pealed off. I followed him for a bit as he tried to fake he was going down some different turns, but he eventually stumbled out of the car. I sat and talked to his drunk ass for like 30 minutes to stall him while my wife called the cops and we waited for them to show up. I learned all about his girlfriend, his business, his thoughts on engines, etc. He was so drunk he kind of forgot we were standing on a freeway entrance and just got into the conversation. Eventually the police came and took him away. My wife had a little whiplash, but I was fine. We got an ok settlement out of it though. Thankfully he had insurance to replace my bumper and back light that he crunched.

Cool stories.

About 14 years ago, I was riding my mtn bike with a friend from his house to these new trails. My friend has done them but I have never done them. On the way to the trails, we had to go through a park. We're riding at a fast clip and there was a group of people walking in front of us. My friend rides around them and I follow. Just as I pull in front of the people, he yells "watch for the chain". There was a chain across the road and a small gap/opening for people to pass next to it. I didn't have time to avoid and went smack into the chain. The next thing I know, I'm on the ground, very woozy. He called an ambulance that took me to the hospital. My upper left arm had a clean fracture but the right was fine.

About two months ago, a "friend" I let live here for 9 months (looong story) unscrewed my back wheel on my bike when I went to ride it and riding down a hill, the wheel flew off and now the bike is ruined. You'd think he'd be a little more appreciative after all I did for him.

Back in high school, I was driving in the car with my mom, we stop because the car in front of us was letting some ducks pass, and the SUV behind us was following too closely and too fast. End result is a slight dent in our rear bumper and the front end of his vehicle is pretty well crunched in. Gotta love those tank-like Subarus.

I have a scar on my chin from when I fell off my bike. I think I was 7 or 8.

When I was about seven years old I went camping at this place that had a bike trail. Me and my brother went riding with this guy my brother met at the camp site and midway through the trail, while moving at a pretty good speed, the guy who was riding with us kicked me over. He just pulled up next to me and kicked. I fell and skinned both my knees and was bleeding into my socks by the time I made it back to the trailer, and the other guy just kept riding. We didn't see him around after that.

More recently, I was riding my friend's minibike through the neighborhood and took a turn a little too hard. I got up, dusted myself off, and I didn't see anything wrong except for a couple of holes worn into my jeans. My insulin pump however had its screen crunched in.

Well those are all fine stories ,but these guys did this in my home town over the weekend. They won't be posting here about it any time soon though. This happened not far from where I live, so I went and took a look at the scene. I estimate that they where travelling at about 200kmh when they lost control . They hit the tree with so much force that the passenger door was touching the drivers seat. The car burst into flames making identifying the victims almost impossible. The police at the scene said that it was the worst crash they had ever to be called to.

The only way to deactivate the ray beam and fight back the vampire alien threat is with a complicated series of foot patterns on the device's control board that looks remarkably like a DDR pad. We will all praise this man for saving our lives and buy him a mountain of stuffed animals.

A buddy of mine had this little 150cc Honda (I think it was 150 anyway) and we were all out at his dads shop taking turns riding it.

Well, I was out riding it around in the gravel lot out front of the shop when my Goliath-like friend decides to jump out in front if me. I swerve to try to miss him, the bike loses traction and I lay it over. I came down palms outstreched the lost a BUNCH of skin off my palms. To top it all off, my shoelace got caught on a peg or something and it caused the bike to land on my right leg banging it up pretty good.

I got up, cussed at my friend, cleaned and dressed my wounds. I then opened a nice cold beer and sat in agony in a recliner in the office of the shop.
