Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Did you experiment with flat rate priority boxes? I don't know the size of the universal game cases but it seems like you should be able to fit quite a few into a large priority box.

Just a thought.

Have not experiment just yet.
However a couple things:
a) It's still like $20+ for the medium size (which won't hold like 20 of them -- maybe 10)
b) If I give the option of Flat Rate Box shipping, it's available for all orders no matter the weight and size. Shipping calculations are based purely on weight of the items. It doesn't know how many of certain items can fit in a flat rate box...

cases for the games. All the printable covers at thecoverproject.net for Gameboy and GBA games are sized to fit in DS cases.

Well admittedly I have no idea about how your checkout system works. So as far as automation I can understand how that would be difficult. As far as cost though, for me a flat rate priority box has the following costs...

Small - $5
Medium (available in 2 dimensions) - $10.35
Large - $13.95

Now I am sure there needs to be handling charges and such...but unless those cases are really huge I have to imagine that more than 20 would fit in a large flat rate.

Out of curiosity, what is the current rate of shipping per item?

Why was I thinking the large was $20? oh well. Small won't even hold one :)
Medium will probably hold like 5-7 of them.
Large might hold 10 or so.
Again, not much savings if any. Flat rates are really only good for compact yet heavy things.
