I am strongly considering buying one of these, but I thought I'd see if anyone here can offer an opinion about it. Thanks.

They're a lot cheaper at ChinaVasion, which specializes in wholesale Chinese electronics. There it's only $87.31 for one, but you get discounts when you buy in bulk ($83.82 if you buy 3 or more, here "more" stops at 6, where they get cheaper and cheaper).
They also sell two products that have caught my eye:

A 4GB mini multimedia projector, which also allows for more memory by way of a MicroSD slot, and it's portable. You can just connect it to a computer and drag-n-drop stuff onto the actual unit. It uses an LED bulb which produces 30 lumens, and it projects an image up to 4.5meters (which I think is about 9-10 feet). It supports different audio (OGG, MP3, FLAC, WMA) and video (MPEG, Xvid, AVI, 3GP) types, as well as TXT files and the image formats GIF, JPEG and Bitmaps. It also supports VGA input and A/V input (so it can be used for video games and DVD players).
And this:

A TV Video Card, which allows one to output video files from different flash memory (SD, MMC, etc, some needing an adapter) and USB devices. There are some similar versions of this on other sites with minor aesthetic and technological differences.
But this one is $23.38.
So... what's the verdict on this site and these products?

Oh this is new
All those built in emulators are going to have slowdowns and errors and unless they are opensource, there will be no way for anyone to fix them besides the company. There have been many of these, and this always happens. Not to mention missing emulators that other handhelds such as the Gp2x or Wiz will have and this never will (MAME, Master System, C64, Atari 2600, etc.)
There's no way to tell yet how well the games will run if they haven't released the processor info. Even then it takes optimization, and previous consoles like this one usually don't do so well there.

These are actually called "Dingoo" and are sold for roughly 80 dollars on just about every website besides thinkgeek. I'm not sure if the emulators are really open source, but I do know that they have pretty active communities with people releasing new and updated emulators. From what I hear they're pretty solid units, but the software is still catching up to its potential a bit, so for instance SNES emulation has some trouble.
Pretty cool little things though.

Here is a link to the Wiki:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dingoo
Its actually called the Dingoo a320
Looks like there is some good development for it. However, I have read that it has some slowdown issues, especially with SNES games.

The D-pad looks kind of small to me. Looks pretty cool besides that though.
Re: Does anyone have a Pocket Retro Game Emulator from ThinkGeek
You can get a used PSP phat for less then 100 bucks nowadays...mod it and you have access to waaaayyyyyy more systems. It's cool, but it looks kinda clunky in my opinion.
Re: Does anyone have a Pocket Retro Game Emulator from ThinkGeek
I have one. It is pretty nice and with the addition of Linux it can now have a much larger homebrew community. You can see here...

For some information about it. Emulation is good on it. And it supports more video codecs than PSP..TV-Out is good also. There are some things I miss about PSP, but this one does get more play because of portability and long battery life.
