What DS game is the most awesome for me to pick up now?

N+ is fantastic. Just don't give up on it due to its difficulty. It's hard, but so great.

I have beaten all the Phoenix Wright games, they are cool and very funny.

I already had SMT: DS in my list. I tried N+, very cool plataformer, unfortunatedly it was not released around here so I would need to import it. FF Tactics is at 10 Euro new so I'm sure I can pick it up for just a couple of Euro. The same goes for FFIV but given the amount of games I have around I think I prefer to save my money.

BTW, isn't there an Etrian Odyssey II?

There is. However, I would recommend you play EO I first. EO II has a few added conveniences (strafe buttons, more mapping icons) that can make the original feel a bit clunkier to play.
