I have purchased them from this company in the past: http://www.sega-parts.com/ If they do not have them then Ebay would be your best bet if you don't have to have the genuine Sega brand cable. Innovation brand makes a decent cable IMO. If you are connecting to an LCD TV you should buy one of racketboy's VGA boxes if you have a VGA port on the back of your TV. The box will also have the S-Video connections on it so it will serve a dual purpose.

I would agree. You should be able to find 'em easily on ebay. I have also seen them on Amazon...
