Well I've never heard of Blenhiem Ginger Ale, but then again we've only been in NC for about three years so I haven't seen everything in the state yet.

I love Birch Beer, I used to see it in stores and at carnivals back in Jersey all the time. Now where we're living in NC I haven't ever seen the stuff.

We do get cheerwine though and it's the best cherry soda I've ever had, plus it's reminiscent of Birch Beer in that it has the same insane amount of fizz.

Dude, I LOVE Cheerwine. And yes, I'm from NC, by way of the Outer Banks township of Buxton.

And something about soda... when baking a cake, replace the water with soda. The carbonation makes it more moist. Also, if you replace the water with soda and add a cup of pudding, it makes it really good.

Yeah a lot of places make "coca-cola cake". I think cracker barrel has it.
