if you look on this site its on the rarest and most valuable list at $23-$33 but i know this is for usa games

Yeah, some games that are rare in the US aren't particularly rare in the UK. Jedi Outcast got a massive print run. It's commonly found for less than £10 on ebay. More commonly around the £5 mark. I've seen it as low as £1.50 in shops like Game and Gamestation.
