Here's my favorites (in no order)

Mars Matrix (Fun shmup, complex at first then you realize what you are doing)
Toy Commander (Rarely played the single player, but the multiplayer is fun)
Power Stone 1/2 (Multiplayer 3D fighting game, I prefer the second one)
BomberMan Online (Again, great multiplayer, but I rarely played single player)

Other games I heard are good but I haven't played them/played them and didn't really like them

Marvel VS. Capcom 1/2 (I heard it's a good 2D fighter, I just don't like 2D fighters)
Jet Grind Radio (Roller Skates, I never played it)

Shenmue. I remember beating that game in college and not even caring that I had a final the next day. I felt complete.
