Hmm, that's weird.

I'd be pissed right about now if I were you and or had just ordered something.

Also I believe they have a brick and mortar store you should be able to contact and ask.

like 2 weeks ago dealextreme was down for a few days, now they are up and running again, so hopefully it'll be fine soon
