Some change in music taste on my side since I created this thread. I would probably go for

1. Metallica (The Unforgivin, Bleeding Me, Ride the Lightning)
2. Megadeth (Family Tree, I thought I knew It All, Killing Road)
3. Dio (Invisible, Gypsy, Rainbow in the Dark)
4. Alice in Chains (We Die Young, Would?, Grind)
5. Michael Jackson (Smooth Criminal, Beat It, Billie Jean)

I can always mix MJ and Slayer. They tie for numero 5
Older. Not wiser.

I feel like a metalhead dork with these bands listed, but I also listen to more cheesy 80s pop music than most people.
Yeah, all the metalheads are into CCR. They're the fathers of metal.

Kidding aside, CCR's good times. But I'd say my current top five are:

Boston
The Eagles
Goo Goo Dolls
Within Temptation
Led Zeppelin
Blizzard Entertainment Software Developer - All comments and views are my own and not representative of the company.

Iced Earth and Nighwish will probably always be my favorite bands.

Beyond that, there are tons of other bands and artists I enjoy and not just Metal music. I don't think I could really make a long enough list to mention them all. At the moment though, I've been listening to some old Joan Jett and the Blackhearts and digging it.

Aside from music, I've been listening to a LOT of comedy standup albums lately. Now if we just had a topic for that...
