Do you listen to other music while you game?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

At one point I had a mega man playlist on youtube that I played while playing Team Fortress 2. I deleted it after about half the songs were taken down by the guy who had uploaded them. What was left is now part of my NES playlist. It has 28 songs that I enjoy listening to, and I layed them out in an order that makes sense to me for some reason. You can find it here: http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p ... F1A4AE6281

The only excuse for this is if it's a game you're putting hundreds of hours into like Smash Bros or something. If you just automatically discard a game's music like that, you probably also hate puppies and pizza and clothes fresh out of the dryer.

I had a friend at school who just didn't listen to music while he played. He had a DS and an R4 that he played all the time with the volume down and no earbuds. It drove me flat out insane because I convinced him to try the Mega Man games, and he didn't listen to the soundtrack on those either. Speaking of which, the other thing that pissed me off about that guy is that he was one of the supposed "pro" members of the school's video game club, and he stood by the ideal that if you aren't good enough to compete, you should quit complaining and parctice until you're good enough. He actually complained to me about his inabillity to beat Cut Man's stage. Yes, Cut Man's stage. He then proceeded to beat Mega Man 2, but only through the use of the rewind tool on his DS. He also hates fast food. I'm glad I'm not him. [/rant]

Wait...Cut Man had the easiest stage in the game, excepting maybe Bomb Man.

Yeah, I listen to the music of the actual game, even when it's total garbage. About the only exception to this has been The Ring: Terror's Realm, and I still listened to it for a bit just to make sure it was as bad as I thought it was.

It was.

That's the point. The dude is all about not complaining, yet he starts whining to me about the easiest level in the game.

I hate clothes fresh out of the dryer. The fucking back side of the button on my jeans always burns the skin between my pubes and belly button :o( and puppies always are always pissing on stuff, babies too for that matter. I hate babies. Pizza's alright as long as it has no cheese and just tomato sauce.

Any rpg that i have either played before a lot or a mindless one that just requires you to grind i like to listen to standup comedy. And it's actually a way better combination than it sounds.

You should be hanging them outside on the line anyway - not using a dryer. That shit uses a lot of electricity. Save the world, man.
