Theme Hospital was pretty good, same sort of over the top simulation as Theme Park. I enjoyed it when I used to go and play it at a friends house.

All the bullfrog games are awesome. Hospital and dungeon keeper 1 & 2 are my faves. It does seem that the eco-sim has been forgotton lately. Quite possibly due to the release of the sims 3, not that's even in the same league as the games mentioned here but I can imagine devs/publishers being wary of releasing such a title at the mo.

I played Theme Hospital a lot and I can say it's a good game. I recommend it very much so try it. I don't recall there being anything wrong with the game so I can assure you you'll have fun.
