Sort of related: My brother was accepted into Florida Institute of Technology, where he was going to study to become an astrophysicist. He decided not to because his passion is gaming, and instead is probably going to go to University of Central Florida, get an internship with EA, and eventually get work in the games industry.

well it could be real Ive freaked out before and done similar things but this just looks like a kid freaking out its not nearly as bad as what I've done or seen (thankfully never over a game though) ah yes evercrack now celebrating its 10th year right? Believe edge had a good article on it recently making of article I think. Did he even care or just go back to playing after losing his scholarship? I recently lost a scholarship but it wasn't for lack of effort just not smart enough to pull in the grades I needed.

I love how one second he's fully clothed and then disappears under the duvet and the next second he's down to his boxer shorts though. That guy must be clark kent or something. It would have been even more impressive if he disappeared under the duvet then came out dressed like a chicken or something. Just to make it even more surreal.

I dunno. I bet this could be real. I work in a school for kids with emotional disabilities (among other things--autism, abuse, various other problems) and I see freakouts like this on a daily basis. It was kind of surreal watching.

A buddy of mine failed out of Georgia Tech due to Everquest. He made sure to limit himself on MMOs after that, and eventually graduated from Auburn University.
