The japanese are so lucky, they get monster hunter on august. Black Wii doesn't look bad.

That is one sweet bundle. I wonder if we'll even get Monster Hunter 3 in the states. It seems like they are only interested in releasing the portable versions here.

US release is supposed to be in 2010. I played the demo, it looks great so far but the new underwater hunting seems weird.

why do they do that
release something one place then 4 months later they release it else where?
How is that good for the company? I have noticed that they always do that and I can't understand why

Also is this game really that good cause of the fuss and the black bundle, does it really deserve that much attention?

The two options are to delay the release of the Japanese version to allow the localization to happen, or they release Japan right away and then localize. In the case of Monster Hunter they do the bulk of their sales in Japan, so it makes more sense to get it out right away.

this is a special case since this series is like popular only in japan
but same thing happens with consoles and even downloadable games like wiiware

why don't they do the localization while the game is being produced, why they have to wait, release, then localize then release again...
saves time right

You generally can't do localization until the game is basically finished. Otherwise bugs might be introduced that will require more work from the localization team. So the game is finished and you have the option of releasing it right away or waiting to release it worldwide.

Plus, there are many cases where the localization is done by a local company. Atlus USA is famous for localizing many games done by companies such as Success and Sting which would never make their way over to America otherwise. Companies like Nintendo or Capcom are big enough to employ an American division that does the localization (and usually they begin as development finishes on the Japanese original) but smaller studios will release their game only in Japan. Then an American publisher like Atlus USA will see it, decide it's interesting, and license the game for localization. All of that adds to the time between Japanese release and American release.
