Though I do know that they will ban even when joking about it and I know that people will mark you for their own entertainment due to an assured ban, whether you're joking or not. As was said, making a new username is never impossible.

GameFAQs has a few good forums, assuming one knows where to look. Just don't mistake the general population of GameFAQs for having intelligence or maturity. Those things exist in niches.

That depends on whether it's an IP ban or not. If they simply take away the user name, you can flaunt your identity all you'd like. If they try to prevent you from making new usernames, you'd be best not to link yourself to an account GameFAQs assumes belongs to an underage user. Doubtful anyone would mark you for it unless attention was brought to the fact that you joked about being underage, however.

I'm pretty sure any forum would reban you if direct proof of that was provided. If you just say that you are that same person, than I dont think they can ban you. Any person in the forum could say that they are you. As long as you don't like, try to proove it, than you should be okay.

Any person can pretend that they're underage, just as any user can be banned. I'd err or the side of caution. The underage things is one of few zero-tolerance rules that exist on GameFAQs, so even joking or alluding to it isn't tolerated.

I dont see what the problem is. I've intentionally been banned there 4 or 5 times. Basically every alias I've ever had has been used there once. Sometimes I just decide to pull a massive 2 hour trolling and spamming marathon until I'm banned.
