HEY, Japan's Most Legendary Arcade? (PICS)

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

HEY, Japan's Most Legendary Arcade? (PICS)

Post by hashiriya1 »

I think it's a toss up between HEY and IKEBUKURO GIGO.
If you're a shmup fan, then you've heard of HEY.
If you're a Fighter fan, then I hope you've heard of GIGO

The 2nd floor is ALL shmups, the 3rd floor is all fighters but there was a TEKKEN 6 tourney going on
and it was filled to capacity.

You're not allowed to take pics inside, but I took a couple of ninja shots.

I love the widescreen DARIUS setup. Wooo

Ahh, so that's the place with the D2 setup. Very classy.

Also, Deathsmiles 2 is shite.

I didn't even know there was a deathsmiles 2. I really need to pick that game up. Looks like a really good arcade. Buddy of mine is over there for 6 weeks but not in tokyo he's in the countryside for study. I plan on going sometime a year from now I should have the credit to afford going

Yes, sir.

I smoke while I play, so they are convenient!

I don't even smoke... but that's damn cool. I'd have to have a cigarette hanging out of my mouth when playing some kickass shmups.
