Everyone forgets Sin and Punishment... best N64 game in my opinion...
As far as collecting, the whole point is that there is no end. Trying to one up everyone else is half the fun. Of coarse, you can get tired of it, but usually only happens when you don't find the right niche.
Will you ever have collected enough?

Re: Will you ever have collected enough?
Well I tried out a bunch of N64 roms last night, and these are the ones I'll probably get if I pick up another N64...
Tetrisphere
Mario 64
Mystical Ninja
KI Gold
Cruisin World
Castlevania 64
Banjo Kazooie
F-Zero X
Not a bad start I guess. I'm sure there's a couple more I'd play.

Definitely in my top five, but it still gets beaten by Starfox 64 in my book.NSBAceAttorney wrote:Everyone forgets Sin and Punishment... best N64 game in my opinion...

I was collecting games. I didn't have loads of them, but I had a nice little collection. Then I saw THIS and figured out, that it's not worth it...

If you are planning on multiplayer N64 - Battle Tank: Global Assault is one of best games on the console.

Re: Will you ever have collected enough?
I am less into collecting than I used to be. For a long time I was focused on NES. I still have everything I've collected and I'll continue to do that. My problem is now my older stuff is in a back room connected to a tube TV, while my newer HD systems are out in the living room on the big TV, so of course they get all the attention.
Lately I'm having a desire to just have less STUFF in general. I don't need all this stuff in my life. I am in the process of going through my 600+ CD collection to sell about 2/3 of it. I have all the music on my HDD. I'm feeling the same way about DVDs -- I use Netflix and Netflix streaming. I don't need a wall of movie boxes. I'm the type of person that watches movies once except for the few I really love which I might watch once a year. Same with books - I use the library or sell them back. So except for classic/awesome/can't live without CDs, movies and books which I will proudly display, I don't need tons and tons of stuff cluttering up my living room.
Now, games. I'm really liking DL services for newer/ish games and compilations for older games. I really dig the latest Genesis Collection, so much so that I question why I still have a Genesis outside of a few games that I would like to THINK I'll play but probably won't.
I'll never give up my NES stuff. I'll probably just continue to go all out on NES and Super NES (the two with the fondest memories) and go digital for everything else. Maybe one day when I get a house and have my man cave I'll feel different.

I read about that guy a while back. All in all, it's a little more scary than impressive.deathclaw wrote:I was collecting games. I didn't have loads of them, but I had a nice little collection. Then I saw THIS and figured out, that it's not worth it...
