PSN problems
PSN problems
Recently I have been having a lot of problems with PSN. Every 5 or 10 minutes the console will log me out of PSN stating a DNS error and will not log back in until I turn it off and back on. The PS3 is wired to a Windows XP computer and I use a network bridge so it can take advantage of my wireless connection. The PC has a stable 54mbps connection at all times and I can't seem to find a problem with the DNS. It was working fine last week and has been since I bought it in January. Any ideas?
Re: PSN problems

Re: PSN problems
not sure exactly. i've been having some issues with connecting to some of my friends on Call of duty world at war, if that seems relevant in any fashion. I have had similar issues to yours in the past, but they usually resolve themselves over time.
Re: PSN problems
Well the problem seems to be specifically with the Network Bridge in XP. I have it working fine in Windows 7, but I rarely use it as XP is my main OS. I have tried recreating the bridge in XP with no change.
