I'd actually recommend you pick up some DS cases. They can be fairly easily modified to fit a GB game (cut out the bottom of the GBA slot and the top of the DS slot) and look very nice on the shelf with a cover from The Cover Project.

I agree, but I'm still looking for a reliable cheap way to score these. You can buy them thru the Nintendo site, but the shipping on them kind of makes them overpriced. I managed to get a handful of them for free from a nice guy working at a used game shop, but I can't keep going back and asking for more (and he said he couldn't sell me a box of them or anything).

Watch eBay for large lots of them. I was lucky enough to buy 25 from a member on the forums, but I still need another 10 or 12. I hate the idea of using DS cases. I've seen the guides to mold them and use custom cover art, but I just prefer the games in the clear cases or in the original boxes where possible. I find I can often buy the game boxed for the same price I can sell my cartridge only for, and end up only paying for shipping, so if I can do that I often do.

I agree that the original boxes are the best (GBA games too) but in both cases it's a lot more common (and cheaper) to find loose carts and then you need a custom case. The DS case solution looks pretty nice, I must say.

What I like to do is knit little sweaters to put on the games.

Go to a flea market, I've found people that basically give them away some times, and if not, you can usually buy them cheap off them.
