Metal Slug on other platforms

PS2 is not an option for me, I am actually scared to buy that console, there is only so much time in my life.

I thought there was a version on psx.

Metal Slug and Metal Slug X were both ported to the Playstation.

I wanted to play it on the Wii cause I got on but a lot of you are saying it sux on the wii?

The Classic Controller isn't supported.

I have PS2 version of Anthology and I dont understand why people are recommending it for MS1. MS1 has controller lag on the PS2 anthology.

MAME is the best version since it's emulates perfectly the arcade game pixel by pixel.

I see no reason to get an arcade port when you have MAME around. You can use that money to buy a fancy joystick that you will be able to use later on tons of games =D
