Killer Instinct Fans Unite!

OK, who loves some good Glacius on Cinder action? I still play this game (via emulation) to this day. I wish it would be released on PSN or XBLA.

I wish they would make a new one. I was always a fan, though they killed off Cinder a lot earlier than I would have liked. It kind of hindered my enjoyment of KI2 and Gold.

It's titles like this that I really wouldn't mind seeing sequels to, since there hasn't been a new entry in over ten years.

It's sad that we never got an arcade-perfect port of either KI or KI2. For a very long time KI was the only 2D fighter I genuinly enjoyed as much as Street Fighter 2. We definately need another one.

I should not have looked at this thread, now I want to play the game of dignity reducing combos.

Fantastic game, one of my favorite fighters. Probably because it gives me an offshoot version of a character from one of my favorite series - Sabrewulf.

truly a great game many fond memories playing it on super nes and n64 and in the arcade. I believe it may be my little bros fave game of all time due to it having the werewolf man did he love that as a kid (usually kicked my ass to the little button masher!) they really should do a new game or at least release both titles for download.

Great game picked up the SNES version the day it came out and I also got my hands on that cheesy Killer Kuts CD.

I don't even play fighters and I own a copy of KI for SNES. Game just kicks that much butt.

I really like Killer Instinct in the arcades and on my SNES, but I LOVED KI Gold on my N64. There was so much depth to the fighting once you built up an arsenal of combos, plus I actually felt like the AI in single player was challenging without leaving me feeling cheated.
