Sega CD Emulation

Are there any Sega CD emulators for the Dreamcast? I haven't heard of any, but then again, I haven't looked very deep. If not, which is the best emulator for the PC? I kind of want to play Snatcher, but my knowledge of the Japanese language kind of puts a barrier between me and the Saturn version, so I'm thinking old school, back to the Sega CD version. Any help would be appreciated.

no sega cd emulators on dreamcast

but gens is a good one for pc (even works well when i emulate windows on my mac)

Kega Fusion runs Sega CD better than any other emulator.
