Thanks man. She's pretty much the best dog ever too, although I know everyone says that about their dog.
She's a rescued Pit Bull/Boxer mix, who is now 9 years old, and about 80 lbs. Her old owner was a cocaine/crack dealer, so she has an attack command that still looks pretty lethal. She is the most obedient dog too. Ripley gets along with cats/dogs/pretty much everything as long as I keep her on a heal command.
Not the best pic, but here's one of her at the park.

Hey guys Im 26 from Cali, L. A to be exact. I've recently got rid of a few of classic systems but will recoup them in the near future. Sold my turbo duo and nomad. But im still big on retro gaming, and still got a nice little collection of classic games and systems. Well hello and I look forward to being a part of the community.

Hello there. First off I would like to thank xxstatic for introducing me to this site.

I got my DC x-mas of 2001. I think it's the best thing in the world, no system can beat it, and it just has the best titles. I have 3 original and 1 black sports limited edition Dreamcast. Everybody in my family plays it.

I am co-admin of a forum called:
http://www.dreamcast-talk.com

We try to be different from most forums. We have our own game servers and contests. We even have tons of bleemed games and (ScummVM)[CDI][Selfboot] games. I would really appreciate it if you guys would check it out.

Thanks for your time. :)

Hey, been using these forums for a while, thought I'd introduce myself. I'm David and I live in the uk. I've been collecting games systems for the past couple of years now that I have a decent regular income. I only collect the stuff I actually wanna play because of poorness and missing out on so many systems over the years.

To date I have the following (all uk pal versions)

Gamecube with over 50 games and various accessories
Gameboy Advance SP with around 15 games (also got 3x regular GBAs)
N64 with over 35 games
Dreamcast with 15 games
PC desktop + laptop with over 25 games

There's not that much on the wanted list at the moment- a bunch of fairly rare and expensive games plus the odd bit of equipment e.g. gamecube broadband adapters, a megadrive/genesis console + all the sonics. Most of the N64 Mario games (paper, tennis, golf, smas bros, party). For the gamecube I'd like Tales of Symphonia, Killer 7, Pikmin 2, Ikaruga, F zero GX, Fire Emblem, X-Men Legends II, Chibi Robo, Warioworld etc etc. I'm not in too much of a rush though- happy with what I've got and waiting for a bargain to come along!
(GBA x4) + (MarioKart x4) = roadtrip heaven!

Very cool. It's been like 8 years and I still miss having a dog.

Guess I hadn't done this back when I joined...

I'm a veteran gamer...."old"......
Not to long ago I was getting tired of playing alot of the "newer" consoles and felt kinda empty.... :?
It was with that feeling that made me think back to times when I was totally content with gaming.
And being that Pong was my first home console "circa 1978-79" @ 10 to 12 yrs. old I have seen this thing just blow up during my lifetime.
My favorites came from the 8 bit era and with that in mind I went on a hunt for information that would lead me into buying back the games that brought a smile to my face as a youth.

So I kind of started over but with a clearer mind of what I want in classic gaming.

Just remember whats popular right now will one day become someones classic's.

I've been reading the main pages for a while now and just discovered the forums about a week ago. I've been gaming for over 25 years and I've sold off more consoles and games than I care to imagine. Like others I wasn't enjoying gaming as much as I had in the past so I've looked to my past and started picking up older Nintendo consoles.

I have a Wii, DS, Gamecube w/ Game Boy Player, N64, Dreamcast, PS2, and an Xbox, along with the newest member of the family.... a SNES.
