I'm sure you're well aware of the gender ratios in these kinds of communities. That being said, there's really no reason why girls need to announce to the gaming world that they are girls, unless they are in fact seeking extra attention. When guys join this place, they rarely feel the need to proclaim they are male, and have peenors, etc. It just doesn't matter.

The reason why you've made your own thread and why it's gained 4 pages of response, is because you're self-proclaimed female. That's just how it is. A lot of these guys, though they'll never admit it, are just "planting seeds" so to speak, trying to make good first impressions with you. All the run of the mill dudes who join us simply establish their selves over here. The fact that you made a thread instead, speaks for itself.
