Silent Bomber love, anyone?

Post by fingersmaloy »

Anybody else love Silent Bomber on PS1? That one's definitely in my top five for the system. There isn't really any other game like that. It's kind of like Red Star meets Bomberman meets...Alien Soldier?

Silent Bomber is a great game...that and Omega Boost are pretty much my favorite action shootery type games on the PS1.

The cut scenes are cornydiculous, but the game is an absolute blast to play. (pardon the pun)

Just did a quick Google and YouTube search, and I can say it looks very interesting.

It's even got a nifty two-player dueling mode where you can play as most of the enemies (you unlock them individually throughout the game. Some of them are actually fun to control, like the robot samurai).

That game is awesome!! I'm glad I picked it up when I saw it for sale at Gamestop for $5.00 a couple of years ago.
