Ass end of a bic pen and a lighter would be the cheapest.
Melt the plastic, shove it on top of the screw and let it cool. Presto.
Here's two DIY versions:

That said, if you really want a proper bit, NCSX has them for $6.95 shipped:

Beyond that, you can sometimes find whole toolkits of game bits with tri-wings and stuff for $20, but I honestly never used 99% of the stuff in there.

Thanks for the info guys.
Here's another question though, will the Gamebit in the link open up an N64 cart?

I thinks theres two sizes for the gamebits. One will open up game carts, and the other will open up certain consoles. Best best it to try and get both.
Re: Where's the best place to get a Gamebit screwdriver?
I bought a set off ebay awhile back. Think I paid around 12.00 shipped for both. (not entirely sure about the price)
There is 2 sizes the smaller size opens Nes/Genesis/Snes/N64 cartridges. The bigger Bit opens up a Snes system/Gamecube system. Some of the Genesis carts need the bigger bit. (they are mixed bit size from what I have seen, Master system might be as well)
I would look for a deal on purchasing both bits.

I was not happy with the gamebits I got. They didn't fit into the carts well and marred up the plastic around the screws.

I bought mine from a local retro game shop and the pricing was much better than any I found online
Don't ask me about the price

Re: Where's the best place to get a Gamebit screwdriver?
I got the toolkit from ZooZen, as I needed those bits, a tri-wing for my Gamecube/DS, and the Xbox 360 tool/bits. Separately it would be more than the kit, wouldn't come in a case, and be missing all the other things inside. To me $25.00 was a steal!

Re: Where's the best place to get a Gamebit screwdriver?
I bought some tempered ones of ebay for $8+shipping, a 3.8mm and a 4.8mm. They have taken apart well over 100 NES games and a couple SNES's, I have yet to try them on a N64 cart. If I can find the guy I bought them from again I will post it here.
