Exact number of released US N64 games.....

I have found several lists and so on, but numbers are different. I am currently trying to finish my N64 collection....I just need to know the exact number. I printed off a checklist from Digitpress.com and it seems pretty accurate....

Here's the official list on Nintendo's website, though I believe this is games released in America, so if you're looking for international releases, this likely won't help.

I highly doubt this includes things like the DD drive games.

As I recall the Cover Project finished their collection of every US N64 retail cover, so you could probably get a count there as well.

Well, if I counted correctly, that's 292 from the Nintendo list, and the Wikipedia entry lists 387 games total for the console, though that's all regions.

I got 298 from digitpress....hmmm

Start comparing the lists then, I suppose. The Super Nintendo list I got from Nintendo's website didn't include Super Scope titles, so it's possible it's a discrepancy related to a peripheral.

wow only 296, is it me or is that a freaking small amount of games to be released for a system that had a 5 year life span in america
