I can't believe The Simpsons arcade never had a proper port.

A lot of great beat 'em ups never got ported like X-Men & Asterix. They should of released arcade versions of The Punisher, Alien vs. Predator,Cadillacs and Dinosaurs on the Capcom Classics Collection.I realize that they don't have the rights to those games anymore, but it would be cool if they did.The Punisher on Genesis is terrible looking compared to the arcade version, but its kinda rare and its the only choice besides Mame or owning the actual Arcade.
Systems: Sega Dreamcast(x2), Sega Genesis(x2), Sega Saturn, Sega CD, Genmobile (portable Genesis), FC Twin, PSX, PS2(x2), GBA, SP, Xbox 360, N64, Showcase Arcade

Well, the Simpsons Arcade was ported to the Commodore 64 and DOS.

For some reason, I never really got into the Simpons Arcade, but I think that's because I rarely play beat 'em ups with friends. It's most interesting features were for co-op play, and playing solo really made it feel like a 'not-so-great' experience.

I knew about C64 and DOS.

The DOS looked pretty good, but I meant console-wise, as I'm not a PC gamer. And the C64 looked terrible (baring in mind I'm a huge C64 fan, so I'm just saying the port doesn't do the arcade game justice.)

Not necessarily, it's just everyone else felt certain ones were a little bit better.
