Any Herzog Zwei fans?

I've loved Herzog Zwei since I was a little kid. I would always battle my friends around the neighborhood.
Since I moved to Japan, I always got my fix on a Genesis emuator. I never went out of my way to look for it, but if I ever came across it, I would buy it. So today was that day. As I was making my rounds at local game shops, I came across it and bought it with a quickness. I pulled the old Mega Drive out of the closet and played this baby. Now the challenge is to find someone to battle me.

Just imagine if there was an online version of Herzog Zwei on Virtual Console or something. That would kick so much ass. I would seriously buy a Wii just for that.

I tried picking this up a while back. I found that I really, really wanted a mouse. It didn't really grab me. I'm probably just spoiled by all the conveniences of a modern RTS, I couldn't even stick with Dune II for very long. What is it that you like about Herzog Zwei?

Also, Gens has netplay, you might have some luck emulating and playing over the internet.

It is a good game, although I presume the best way to play it is with someone else and I did not have the chance to do that.
