Well it's a good thing you didn't do it in Dawn of Sorrow, because you get nothing if you do (except that useless chaos ring, like it was necessary at that point). In Aria of sorrow you get the Chaos ring and like 2 lines of altered text at the end.

So, in short, collecting all the souls is a WASTE OF TIME. Thanks Konami.

Sounds like it's between Aria and Circle. Toss of a coin perhaps?

Yeah, if you're a fan of of the series, you'll likely be pleased with either. It's worth noting that Circle of the Moon plays more like the traditional Castlevania games (vampire killer, classic sub weapons), and Aria of Sorrow plays like... well, it plays like Aria of Sorrow and Dawn of Sorrow play. They've kinda created there own Niche. As a Castlevania fan, I'd suggest playing them both.

Excellent. As as far as DS titles go, I was gonna skip right to the most recent one. Order of Ecclesia or something like that? It looked really awesome.

I liked Aria best, but Circle of the Moon has the best music of the 3.

I like Circle the best of all the Metroidvanias. Aria was neat but the future setting just didnt do it for me, or maybe it was the equipable gun. Circle just got alot of things right. It is smooth, gorgeous, and just the right difficulty to keep it interesting - except when you go through the sewers early...

If you didn't play Dawn Of Sorrow I would try that one first. Its the best one for the DS if you ask me. After all this talk I think I'm going to replay the GBA Castlevanias.
