Thoughts on Screwattack.com

Post by blackmagepwns »

I've been a g1 on the site for some while now, and while the site has some pretty cool segments and the like, I've also started to notice some aspects of it that just piss me off. I would like to know the rest of the boards thoughts on the site, and I will share some of my own.

I generally like most of their content, Hard News, and the stuff on GT are usually the best along with clip of the week, I think the one thing I like the least is how all of the g1's obsess over the damn g1 points that do absolutely nothing but give you a giant e-peen, and the fact that over half of the population have hardly ever played more than ten games, much less games that have come out before last gen. Sometimes if I try to converse with some of them, It's like trying to talk to my grandma about video games.

I think he has his own site Game Heroes or something along those lines. Anyways I noticed one of our residential Racket Boys Mr. Barnette was the g1 submission of the week last week. good job man.

I second that. When it was just craig, it's still great and I love their segments but I wonder what happened to Tom

I also like their Top 10 lists, although I rarely ever agree with them. AVGN is fairly amusing, too.

For those interested in what happened to Handsome Tom

I hate Screwattack, it's pure juvenile, sad really.
