I'm really excited about this, but don't like the new character design for Tales.

Isn't the character design for Tales the same as they used in Curse and Escape?

Now the characters have kinda jaggy look, but hey I love 2d so maybe I'm a little biased.

I like, I really hope it starts a trend, I mean, I would like to see more LucasArts games, and hopefully Sierra would jump in the bandwagon.

I would rather them (Sierra and LucasArts) not just remake, but restart the franchises in HD.

Why on earth would they be so dumb as to release the new one on Wii, and then release the remake only on PC and XBLA?

I've played the Curse of Monkey Island all the way through on my Wii and it's Brilliant. Would it be that tough to make a Wii port of the remake of the original? It's the perfect system to adventure on.

Trailer for the new title is on Kotaku right now. Not thrilled with the voicework for Guybrush, but I hope it gets better as it goes. I know it is the same guy, it just sounds off.

Also the first episode drops Monday!

It says starting July 7th, but I don't see it any where on Wii Ware.

Steam has it, plus some other Lucas Arts games. They're still missing a lot of the good ones, but they do have Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis, which I loved back in the point & click adventure days. Supposedly, more will be coming. I'm hoping for Day of the Tentacle and Full Throttle.
