Where can I get Valve's Hammer software at?

I'm not looking for an illegal download, but I can't seem to find any info on where to get it at? Can anybody help?

You have to have a game that comes with the Source Engine, Such as Half Life 2.

After loading up steam, go to the Tools tab and select "Source SDK" then install. Once done installing launch it, and hammer well be in the menu.
