Best line from that article?
Damn. That's still absolutely amazing. His final score before kill screen was 989,400. Keep in mind, this is a higher score than champion Billy Mitchell has ever had before live witnesses.

Billy Mitchell is walking talking piece of shit, Steve Wiebe you'll always be the true champ to me.
Also Keith needs to try and get a few minutes with some of the big names attending like Miyamoto etc..

Well to me the certified champion is Billy Mitchel. Wiebe is not exactly the best person around.Mod_Man_Extreme wrote:Billy Mitchell is walking talking piece of shit, Steve Wiebe you'll always be the true champ to me..

Billy Mitchell is an exceptional early 80s arcade gamer. He may have an attitude, and may be very sneaky, but his skill is paramount. But when it comes to early 80s arcade games I do not believe the score should count if it is not a live match. Videotape, while accepted by Twin Galaxies, is not the same. Steve's gameplay and dedication is astonishing and quite respectable, but by the books Billy is the best.
