Are there any Atari games worth anything? Is there a website that list relative values?

Atariage.com is the site you want. From games listing there are links to reviews if you you want other opinions.

Are you talking 2600, 7800, Lynx or Jag?

I also recommend this site and wiki has some great list of video games by system as well... 8)
