Here is the corner of my room dedicated to Neo...My consolized 2 slot, custom stick and the TV is an RCA 4:3 Hd CRT , Phillips 80 watt speakers hooked directly up to the 2 slot headphone out. BTW the picture is gorgeous hooked up component and not being stretched "widescreen" on 16:9 hd tv's. And the stereo sound is so clear on these speakers!! I will take a pic of my AES setup later
You've gotten really into your NeoGeo, you know that kingdom? Still, it's a nice corner. I greatly enjoy that you've got that poster setup as part of it too. Cool stuff chief.
Also not to rain on your parade, but your TV is actually Standard Def. it's a pretty common mistake to make when you see component inputs on a set, just remember that component inputs don't mean HD, they simply mean a Component connection which can recieve an HD or SD signal. The type of which depends on the set's maximum resolution, in this case SD. The SDTV logo printed on the upper left hand corner is the indication of a Standard Definition set, and is usually confused with the HDTV High Definition logo accidentally by most people as well.
EDIT: Fixed error in logo placement.
My Consoles:
Genesis - Nomad - SegaCD - GameGear - Sega Saturn - Dreamcast - NES - SNES - N64 - Gamecube - Wii - Playstation - PSone & LCD - PS2 - PS3 - Xbox - 3DS

very nice. I'm jealous. I'm almost done selling off my aes games and moving on to mvs games (not sure about getting with shockboxes but probably) I so far have my modded aes (soon perhaps more mods) and a converter and multicart. MVS carts will be next. Still want a cab though to.
No NGPC? Should really have one for on the go gaming
Thanks guys, BTW, yeah i know that TV is a SD but the signal coming from the MVS is component and so when hooked up to the component inputs on the TV it gives me alot better pic than being hooked up S-video or composite.
I would kill to have a Neo Geo system, ive been wanting one for the past couple of years now, but those are an investment depending on where you find one and the price as well.
I do happen to have a NGPC, that is a terrific handheld, i just need more games with it.
Im hoping one day i can find a system with some games at a good price...

Look around at auctions, you can usually find a 4-Slot MVS Arcade Cabinet for about $250-$300. From there out MVS games are usually from a dirt cheap under $5 to a an outrageous over $200.
I'm currently saving up for a cab myself, and it's by far the most cost effective way to get into the world of NEO-GEO.
