Price Check: 4 vintage computers

Post by winds »

Hey guys, so I recently came across 4 FREE vintage computers. A collector was giving these away in a local add and I jumped on them, but I only really know one of them. (Everything is in perfect working condition)

So what I got was:
1 Coleco ADAM with Keyboard/Cables/2 Joysticks/Software/All original manuals

1 Commodore PET w/ original external disk drive

1 Commodore Super PET w/ original external disk drive

1 IBM PCjr (first ibm computer ever built) w/ original monitor and wireless keyboard

Does anyone know how much these are worth, if anything?
Cheers!

Man, those are really sweet pieces of PC history you got there. I would hold on to them as most of them will only increase in value. Its hard to gauge a price but, I think because there so old and rare that searching ebay every now and then will give a better idea on prices.

Yeah this was a really sweet find I must say. I love collecting this type of stuff, especially when its free :P. The only reason I ask is because I MIGHT be looking to sell some of these. I really want to keep the coleco ADAM, but the others, I didn't realize how huge these things were. I don't know if I have the space for them. I might be able to fit them into my storage room, but I might end up selling them if they're worth anything.
