Both the films I linked to are real. The first one is a European film that should be released here in the next few months under the title Dead Snow. I don't know if it'll be getting a theatrical release, but you can already import the DVD to my knowledge.

The second film is called Cyber Ninja. The best part about that movie is that it was created by Namco. Here's a review.

I'm going to get this on DVD ASAP it looks awesome. It looks very Evil Dead to me, which is awesome.

I can't wait to see Sam Raimi's Drag Me To Hell, haven't had the time to go see it lately.
