I probably would have been done with Star Ocean already but I ran into technical difficulties. The damn guide that came with my programmer isn't very good at all, and worse, there is no guide for the adapter I got. I got an error programming my first two chips, the second one got to 99% then gave me an error so I don't know what it's deal is. I know it's just some stupid jumper settings or settings in the software, but like I said, the guide sucks.
I have two more blank chips that I can use, and I ordered an EPROM eraser last night. So it'll just be trial an error with the settings until I can program it right, or I may try and contact the seller about clearer instructions (he seemed VERY nice and helpful). I would be working on it today, but I'm gutting a bathroom shower and remodeling it.
Just a little rant on my frustration lol. I was so pissed at the shitty guide I threw my phone and messed up the track ball (I have a Blackberry).

Interesting you say this, last night my roommate was so pissed he threw and broke his DS (and hit me in the face with it) after dying in Chrono Trigger, haha.
Also, this is my vote for repro carts of Seiken Densetsu 3!!!(Secret of Mana 2)...I mean, come on. Who doesn't want to play that game in English?

Well my EPROM eraser came in today, so I guess I got an unlimited amount of times I can try and program these chips. Still working on the bathroom though, today should be my last day. I'll probably make my own thread once I have more to report.
My phone on the other hand, I never really liked to begin with. Oh well. I'm on a free phone kick, got this BlackBerry for free and my Treo before that. I might just buy a new phone this time, but since I'm not willing to pay a lot of money for one I probably wont get what I want. I hate cell phones.
