That's so cool! I got Shadow Warrior from Goodwill lately. I've been playing it alot and it really reminds me how much I love those quaint old first person shooters for the PC. Just the boxes look pretty sexy all by themselves, but do you have an older computer that can play these?

They actually play fine asside from sound on my ThinkPad T61 but I want to find my old 380cd. If I can't find it Ill just buy one for 20 bucks off ebay.

its amazing what some one can still find new. Question is, do you have a working floppy disk reader for an ancient wintel system?

and who wants to play 3000 levels of Doom even back in the day! I used to play it fine I recall but now I just get nauseous .

Runs on XP just fine and yup, have an external floppy just for old DOS games.

Doom & Doom II bring me back. When I was in highschool, my good friend ran into a lot of money and a friend that worked in construction who helped us turn his basement into an early 90s gamer paradise. We had purple neon tubing all around the place, designer lighting, purple carpet, a stylish futon in front of a huge widescreen TV with multiple consoles hooked up and a computer that was totally pimped out for its day. The Doom games were our favorite. We spent sooo may nights staying up late playing Doom and eating pizza.
