Ok, just got off the phone with them. Arg, I was in the same situation once with my forum, regarding an error screen which randomly appeared while quoting someone. I couldn't make it happen when I needed it to. Edit: You may want to get rid those default questions. I know for a fact that some bots are programed to answer these default questions. You should just type one original question manually, simple as you want. On my forum, I simply wrote "Type the word 'confirm' in the box." Not a single bot has ever gotten past that, lol.
So yeah, go to your forum admin panel and erase your questions and make one of your own.
