whoever thinks Sega is coming back and is excited I feel sorry for them.
Sega proved to be stupid at managing their good talent over and over again, which led to 4 hardware crisis ,
32x, sega cd, Saturn, and Dreamcast....
All these (semi)consoles even with some good games it just could not make it , ironically the best of all these consoles, the Dreamcast, is the one that made the company quit the hardware business. What does that tell you about Sega's management?

The company went down when people who worked on Sonic, Dreamcast, and other great products were there. What are you expecting from people that come with Sonic and the Black Knight?

Unless they mean to quite the industry all together and shut down, they won't release a console in these extreme competitive conditions.

I expect Sony to promise a supreme amazing game that you can only dream off(of course when the time comes it under delivers 100%, and its worse than 40% than what is already there)

I expect Microsoft to pump out more quality games but nothing revolutionary, RRoD to stay forever.

Nintendo, to promise the next revolution and most dedicated exciting game ever, a remake of PONG with color that you can play using one button that is for the "hardcore" crowd.(Of course by magic it is going to sell like half a trillion units)

Microsoft a 10 year guarantee no RRoD Xbox with 5 free games from 2005-2006, which is true no RRoD or malfunctions. Heavy Duty.

Sony is #1 again with exclusive GTA's and FInal Fantasy. New IPs

Wii to lead the hardcore market with Nintendo created GTA like game, new Shooter that puts Gears and Killzone to Shame. Special Oblivion game where you use wii motion to fight and go through your journey.

Sony announces a slim version of the PS3 and the price will go down to $199.
Sony also announces Jak 4.
Sega announces they have brought back the entire original Sonic Team and they're working on either Sonic Adventure 3 or Sonic 4.

Nintendo announces and releases a new console and handheld. The "Wii 2" and the "GB.DS". The Wii 2 will be similar to the Wii, but with HD graphics and all the other crap hardcore gamers want. All the games will have a function to use good motion sensing controls or regular controls. They make it easier to program for so that it has more third party support. Plus a perfect mix of hardcore and casual games. The GB.DS will be compatible with all GB/GBC/GBA games plus DS/DSi games. Pictochat/webcam chat will be online enabled. The online will be great. Improved graphics with better online play plus a built in browser that plays video. Everything will sell super well and Microsoft and Sony fall out after the first couple years. They then go to Nintendo and make Crash/Spyro games and Halo games for the Wii which all will suck because they will make you play crash where he is half robot but turns into a werewolf and we find out spyro is actually crash in dragon form. The new Halo games will have no online and will be puzzle games. Sega then comes back into the console war to make sure Nintendo doesn't have a monopoly. Then Atari gets to eager and releases a super ultra mega 8341829347912837401238470123894 bit system with holograms and motion sensing, when in reality it will be an Atari 2600 with a new shell. The Sega system will be freakin' awesome though.

Hell, if we're going to be going completely against reality here, then why not wish for a PSWii60cast, a system that can play any disc-based game on a console made by Sega, Sony, Nintendo or Microsoft ever - even Sega CD and Personal Computer games.

A system like that could never be made by sony, nintendo, and microsoft. Only sega could release such a thing. And it would be an addon that plugs into the sega genesis and requires 160 AC adapters.
