I'd never heard of Psycho Fox, but it definitely looked interesting. It's not my kind of game, but I was impressed by the colorful graphics.

My second favourite SMS game (Wonderboy III being #1 for me).

It's a tricky little thing, as your character can only jump far with decent momentum built up. There's no such thing as jumping straight up and then moving in a direction mid-jump, ala Sonic/Mario. Once you get used to that fact, the game is great fun. Packed full of secrets and things too, which adds a lot of depth. Like the various Mario games, if you know were certain warps are (and are good enough) you can finish the game in a few minutes. But even then, finding that combination took me months AFTER completing the game the long way as a kid.

Same engine/game-style as Kid Cool on NES/FC, Magical Hat's Flying Turbo Adventure on MegaDrive and the boringly grey/brown Decap Attack on Genesis and PAL MD. IMHO none of these were as good as Psycho Fox (although Magical Hat comes close).
