I don't really understand you not being able to read. Just read what interests you and I don't see why you would have any problems.
I really do envy your complete freedom.
Did you win the lotto or just have parents that don't mind taking care of you? or a gf/wife? just curious
How do you spend your day?
Re: How do you spend your day?
interests me or not, if I am not in the mood I can't concentrate on what I am doing it will be 10x harder to do it. Problem is the mood is uncontrollable , it has to come by its own. Hopefully my mood changes quite often.
I live with my parents, so no extra cost for any one, and we don't pay taxes on anything here. I won't say we are rich, but we have more than our basic needs. Basically my expenses are electricity, water, food, gasoline ($0.26/gallon) , and cigarettes. So It doesn't cost much...
before you get too excited about the prices, other stuff costs a lot more for example I had to pay extra $300 on my macbook than retail price in the USA.

Re: How do you spend your day?
I have a part-time job where I only work 2 hours a day at $10/hour from 7-9am for a cleaning service that contracts to the public library. So, from 5:30am-6:45am I lie in bed thinking I'm late for work because I set my clock well over an hour ahead of time to confuse myself into getting up early and/or on time. Somehow it works everyday.
After that, I make lists of things I can/should do. I've done that ever since high school when I felt inert from pressure- I mark the ones of first priority or which ones I can get out of the way the fastest, even if it just taking a shower. I overthink things and can't keep to a regular schedule, and I too have a problem finding things that interest me. I guess that's why its called "depression."

Start exercising dude, you will feel a whole lot better in the long run. Start doing some jogging day by day and start building up.
Re: How do you spend your day?
I try to exercise but I hate it. I do not understand why I should go through a painful process to feel better later on. Air cuts out on me and I feel something like chemical substance released out of my brain.
Its so tough for me, that I thought no one could do over 20 pushups!
I am not fat I am at less than 70 kilograms, I have no idea whats that in pounds.
But I didn't notice a better feeling later on and better sleeping habit
