This was a craigslist deal, actually. I've never had luck this good with thrift stores.

Sega Saturn console, all cords, 2 controllers, working great, with about 8 cruddy games, and a save cart.
Contra: Hard Corps CIB.
Rocket Night Adventures CIB (not worth a lot, but a great game).
3 PS1 games, with Syphon Filter 3
N64 controller, 2 memory cards, 2 rumble packs.
NES controller, & Super Mario Bros./Duck Hunt

All for $20. I figured there was no way that it'd all be working, but everything was pretty much in perfect condition.

I usually get some decent Atari-N64 games for $1-$2 at thrift stores but my favorite find was when I got a Super NES with US Final Fantasy III and Secret of Mana (carts only, but in great shape) for $25. That was a pretty good day.

And I was about to brag about my Virtual Boy with controller for 8 USD  .

This old thing called a Little Mac Fast Cooker, basically a small skillet-like device with its own heating element. It's similar to a sandwich maker, but smaller, more versatile and it was only a few bucks.

I think it dates back to the late 70s or early-to-mid '80s.

I just picked up a SNES on Craigslist with a nice selection of games. $50 for 10 games total, which isn't dirt cheap, but a good deal for the games I got. Checking out videogamepricecharts.com, most of these go for >$10. So at $5 a game, it's not too bad. Here's what I got.

A Link to the Past.
Mega Man X
Donkey Kong Country
Donkey Kong Country 2
Turtles IV (Turtles in Time)
Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3
Mortal Kombat 3
Super Mario World
X-Men Mutant Apocalypse
The Adventures of Batman and Robin.

SMW is the only one of these I already had. X-Men seems to be the cheapest, which is a little odd since it seems to be remembered favorably, and Capcom usually delivers a good game. It's pretty much considered the best X-Men game of that era, right? Certainly better than the games on the NES and Genesis. I was also surprised to see Batman & Robin going for $20, I wonder if people just love that show, or if the game just rocks that much. Konami is usually pretty good too.

I'll probably end up selling the SNES, SMW, and Mortal Kombats, see if I can get $20 for them. But now, I'm going to go play some Turtles in Time.

Ah man, Turtles in Time is awesome on the SNES. Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 is also the biggest in terms of the MK titles on the console, though if you dislike the series, I'd say sell both. If you do, keep it and sell MK3.

Now The Adventures of Batman and Robin is actually a decent game, though it didn't get fully developed, so Robin takes a backseat role. Still, it's one I'd like to check out, as the cartoon was a favorite of mine. As for Mutant Apocalypse, it was fun as far as I remember, though it's been a long time since I played it.

Either way, sweet deal chief.
