Have the guys at your GameStop search the system and find you one, then have them call the other store and make that location transfer it to yours. Plus GS still sells Wavebirds at $29.99 new I believe.

Yes, we re-stickered all our remaining Gamecubes as Used this morning. The best thing to do is ask your GS if they have either any New or converted Gamecubes in stock; as they ring any 'New' Gamecubes up the register will automatically change the price to $29.99 and say your New system is 'Used'.

How long is this deal going to last? I need a new one because the disc reader on mine is near death. (To many small children kept on touching it.) It can only run about half of the existing Gamecube games now. I feel like I'm using a crappy GC emulator every time I turn it on.

Anyhow, we literally just put Used price stickers on all the remaining Gamecubes to clear out remaining New stock, as our company license to sell new Gamecube hardware expired. We do still sell new accessories though.

You know the Edge card rule, all used games & accessories get an extra 10% trade credit, and 10% off Used games & accessories. Systems do not qualify as per trade restrictions.

It all depends on the store I guess.

At my local Play N Trade, they have used Gamecubes for 19.99, but if you are looking for brand new then its a fair price.

The odds are pretty good actually, considering that GS is currently stting on about 10 thousand or so (at a rate of two or so units per store) that we're trying to move.

This is a really great deal, only one thing people should know. If you want to use component cables and/or play in 480p, newer Gamecubes don't support it. Nintendo got rid of the digital output a few years back. If you don't care, go crazy!
