Underground Gamer questions

I was wondering why are a lot of you are on UG when there are a lot of other websites that offer a lot of the games for no Upload ratio or anything. They want just a vote or so...

While its nice to be UG as an option, I was wondering why risk losing your membership through downloads that you have to make up for by uploads. Its really hard because people are afraid to download so they won't lose their membership, that means slow uploads for you.
I am not complaining but why are there so many people depending on it where you can find this stuff else where.

I do find that some of the stuff is exclusively reliable on UG, one of the things that I found to be really good are dreamcast games.

For me, I would really like to share, but with 12 GB bandwidth limit a month how much can you share?
